Should I take a shower before my massage?
A clean body is a healthy body. It is always advisable to take a shower before receiving a massage. We have a shower facility on site if you desire to take one before or after your session.
Are there any forms to fill out?
If this is your first visit to 5 Points Massage, please arrive a few minutes early as you will be asked to complete a brief client intake form. This will help your massage therapist determine the best care for you.
What's the setup like?
Your massage will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. You will lie on a professional massage table especially designed for your comfort and relaxation. Professional massage products will be used.
Can I bring my own music?
Relaxing music will be played during your session. If desired, you may bring your own music. (Must be iDock compatible).
What should I wear during my massage?

Can I talk during the massage?
It’s totally up to you whether or not you want to chat during the session. Most clients remain quiet and some even sleep but if you enjoy talking or need to ask questions please do not hesitate to speak up.
Do I have to do anything during my session?
The therapist will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the session (such as lifting your arm). All you usually have to do is relax and enjoy.
